Exposure Genko Kai in Hoshun-in temple show almost as many stones as he did bonsai. The majority evoked mountains – the rest took a variety of forms of figures huts to the islands. There was good diversity of color that some stones were as bright as the others were dark.
As is the case with many suiseki, the character of the stone is often as interesting as the form. When both are intriguing, I find it easy to spend time appreciating these natural artifacts.
