This post is dedicated to my loving lady deciduous Portland, Anne Spencer, who recently passed away. Anne grew this red maple Acer rubrum , from a seedling age three hours twenty years ago. It is one of the joys of my backyard. This maple is a good example of what hard work can bring slow, which is really the only way a product of deciduous excellent.
