Bay Area Bonsai Associates 34th annual exhibition

bonsai general - 34 views

This past weekend Bonsai Bay Associates, affectionately known as Baba, held its 34th annual exhibition at the garden center next to lake in Oakland, CA. The exhibition featured bonsai in formal and informal screens. Most formal screens are located in the individual tables that allow viewers to see the trees on three sides. This is ideal for large trees that filled these spaces because it makes it easy to appreciate these trees from a variety of angles.

Here are some highlights of the formal screens are presented. More individual trees next Friday.
